In this paper, we explore the foundational concepts and terminology needed to understand Future-Fit Leadership, and why this transformational journey is imperative for leaders not only to understand, but also to embody through their own leadership development towards becoming Future-Fit.

Within this paper, we explore the worldview shift from Mechanistic Materialism (MM), underpinned by a lens of separation, to the expanded worldview of Quantum Complexity (QC), which brings together ancient wisdom traditions and modern science. This shift in worldview is both necessary and already underway. We also discuss how becoming Future-Fit is key to facilitating and enabling this critical transformation.

We shine a light on how today’s tumultuous turbulence can initiate a threshold-crossing into a new worldview, transforming what it means to be human by up-stretching our meaning-making and upgrading how we embrace change, conflict and creativity.
