Australian Winter Nature Immersion @ Barragunda Estate
Monday 1st 10.30am - Wednesday 3rd June 1pm
Barragunda Estate, Cape Schanck, Victoria, Australia
Winter invites us to slow down, rest deeply, and renew. Join us for a two-and-a-half-day nature immersion at Barragunda Estate, alongside fellow purpose-led leaders.
Together, we will explore what it means to be Future-Fit, learning and practising the skills that build embodied future-fitness.
At the heart of future-fitness is inner growth: an ‘up-stretch’ in how we make meaning, expanding our ways of being and knowing in the world. It is a recognition that the old ways of being and thinking will not help us solve the problems we are facing today.
This retreat is about immersing yourselves in nature's rhythms, in embodied practices that can shift your perception of yourself, your connection to nature, and the way you understand the problems you are trying to solve.
Cost: $1,750 all inclusive
What to Expect
Immersive nature-based experiences - connecting with the elements and natural rhythms to slow your nervous system and allow for greater coherence.
Embodied practices, including guided meditation, sound healing, drumming, and transformational breath to anchor your awareness at a more primal consciousness.
Facilitated conversation and self-reflection to allow for sense-making.
Exploring ancient wisdom, stories and practices that can be applied to modern dilemmas.
Nourish your mind and body with delish farm grown and nutrient dense food.
Gather with us around the fire for a retreat experience that will create deep shifts in your perception, beliefs and understanding of your inner world and the world around you.
