This paper explores how organizations can move

towards Future-Fitness through leadership and cultural

transformation, shifting from the Mechanistic

Materialism (MM) worldview to Quantum Complexity

(QC), a mindset shift that allows us to attune with the

way nature works. In doing so, the organization evolves

into the Living Organization.
